I became interested in Japanese manufacturing while researching each industry in job hunting.
Therefore, I was looking for a job mainly at manufacturers and their trading companies.
Under such circumstances, I learned about Taiyo Shoji through an introduction from the employment support section of the university and went to the selection process.
During the selection process, I had the opportunity to talk with seniors who are actually active in sales.
This kind of opportunity was very inspiring for me, who is aiming for a sales position rather than another company.
Therefore, I was able to have a concrete image of when I was working, and I wanted to join Taiyo Shoji because of the good ventilation and atmosphere.

I think it has a nice and airy atmosphere, just like the image I received during job hunting.
Seniors are very caring and kindly teach me questions one by one.
I am very grateful for creating an environment that makes it easy for new employees to talk and ask questions,
which I often do not understand.

It's been four months since I joined the company, but there are still many things I don't understand.
In the future, I would like to acquire not only knowledge about the products I handle but also know-how about work.
And I want to be able to do independent work little by little.
